In this role, you will enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with both Optum and OIJMH business unit requirements, supporting the Enterprise ERP System, and managing pay practice builds. You will be involved in the build and deployment of new modules, projects, and enhancements, as well as overseeing the change control process of requests through migration to production tenants. Additionally, you will support any application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access, while monitoring the ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments. You will work directly with clients and informatics teams to document business requirements and expected results, and participate in an on-call rotation with team members for critical off-hours issues. Responsibilities

  • Compliance with both Optum and OIJMH business unit requirements
  • Support Enterprise ERP System
  • Manage pay practice builds

Requirements

  • 2+ years supporting or implementing Enterprise ERP Suite HR, Payroll, or Finance modules
  • Experience working with both operational and IT focused customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team and individual setting
  • Ability to travel 10-15%

Nice-to-haves

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2+ years of Workday HCM, Workday Finance, Workday Payroll or Kronos Dimensions operational or technical support experience
  • Report building experience
