About the position

The Data Scientist role at INSPYR Solutions is focused on the maintenance, support, and daily operations of Customer Engagement (CE) modeling and analytics software applications. The position involves ensuring that CE model data flows and dashboard extracts are executing and up-to-date, diagnosing and resolving application issues, and building predictive models using various machine learning tools. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily execution and up-to-date status of CE model data flows and dashboard extracts.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance for CE system users.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify and prevent future operational issues.
• Support Snowflake, Dataiku, and Tableau SaaS operations, including flow, extract, and scripting automation.
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms using tools like Dataiku, DataRobot, or Azure Machine Learning Studio.
• Utilize data mining techniques to analyze large datasets.
• Maintain expert knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Develop dashboards using Tableau Desktop and ensure data integration and cleansing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including run books for routine operations.
• Monitor and maintain operational readiness and reliability of CE systems.
• Develop effective working relationships within the CE department and support teams.
• Coordinate issue resolution between departmental and support partners, prioritizing issues based on dependencies.
• Communicate issue resolution timelines and updates to CE and departmental partners.

Requirements
