About the position
The Systems Test Engineer II role involves designing and customizing state-of-the-art test equipment for the latest product offerings. As a member of a cross-functional team, the engineer will integrate advanced computer technologies with testing equipment, ensuring that systems meet rigorous performance and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and customize test equipment for client products.
- Integrate computer offerings with state-of-the-art test equipment.
- Lead the systems development life cycle and manage requirements effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field (Science, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience designing test equipment.
- Knowledge of C/C++ in a National Instrument software environment.
- Electrical test design knowledge including integration.
