About the position
The Systems & Warehouse Manager at Niagara Bottling is responsible for overseeing and managing the warehouse operations, focusing on continuous improvement of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supporting the organization's supply chain strategy. This role involves planning, directing, and monitoring all warehouse activities, ensuring a safe work culture, and collaborating with various departments to meet operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionality.
- Perform advanced configuration of the WMS and lead initiatives to improve its functionality.
- Coordinate technical support for site or network operations and systems.
- Manage all aspects of inventory and schedule labor appropriately to meet demands.
- Oversee shipping and receiving discrepancies and manage returns.
- Train forklift operators and administer road tests and certification.
- Establish operational procedures for verification of shipments and inventory management.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other functions.
- Manage month-end inventory and cycle counts to ensure timely reconciliation of physical inventories.
- Ensure maintenance of a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience managing a Warehouse Management System.
- 6 years of experience in the warehouse or logistics field.
- 4 years of experience managing IT systems.

- 10+ years of experience managing a Warehouse Management System.
- 10+ years of experience in the warehouse or logistics field.
