About the position

The T&E Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of the contract and delivery of services related to Test and Evaluation (T&E). This role involves managing systems engineering, software development, test processes, and integrating DevSecOps practices to ensure contract compliance. The Program Manager will develop programs that align with the organization's strategic direction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget while achieving overall organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the T&E program to ensure compliance and timely delivery of contract services.
  • Serve as the main liaison with government stakeholders, ensuring communication and alignment on all project aspects.
  • Ensure that all contract deliverables are met in accordance with quality standards.
  • Lead the integration of systems engineering processes and implement DevSecOps practices to enhance project outcomes.
  • Maintain daily availability to support contract requirements during designated working hours.
  • Devise new programs that support the organization's objectives.
  • Establish sustainable goals for the organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs.
  • Evaluate and assess the programs' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Create and manage long-term goals.
  • Develop a budget and operating plan for the program.
  • Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Write program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
  • Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of program management experience, with expertise in T&E, systems engineering, and DevSecOps.
  • Must comply with DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program.
