Responsibilities

• Assisting and selling to customers while providing an exemplary customer experience.
• Building genuine relationships with customers by assessing their needs and concerns.
• Educating customers on T-Mobile products and services to facilitate sales.
• Recommending the right mobile plans and technology to customers.
• Performing opening and closing duties in the retail store.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue and profit targets.
• Researching and memorizing T-Mobile's product lineup to provide accurate information.
• Maintaining store appearance and supporting team efforts.

Requirements

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
