Mobile Associates (MA) at T-Mobile work as part of a Retail Team of Experts, serving as brand ambassadors who energize and excite customers about T-Mobile's products and services. This role focuses on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. The position is designed for learning and growth, preparing associates for advancement to Mobile Expert roles by completing training and developing sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey seamlessly, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and products in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's coverage and services effectively.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and new processes.
• Maximize time on shift by seeking information and learning about wireless innovations.
• Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads to appropriate channels.
• Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
• Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers (Required)
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders while serving customers (Required)
• Effective at balancing customer needs with performance goals (Required)
