• Infuse Mobile Associates with a passion for T-Mobile's Manifesto and customer service standards.
• Ensure customer needs are met and build confidence through a comfortable shopping experience.
• Conduct observations of Mobile Associates' customer interactions and provide feedback for development.
• Manage customer wait times and stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example and remain an expert resource for the team on products and services.
• Assist in maintaining store environment quality and adhere to national standards.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications.
• Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage store expenses.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Availability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members to achieve results.
• Outstanding communication skills to interact with teammates and customers.
