The Retail Sales Associate at GP Mobile, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions while representing the T-Mobile brand. Associates will undergo training to enhance their skills and knowledge about products and services, ensuring they can effectively assist customers and contribute to the team's success.

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience.
• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of technology.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Become skilled in using digital tools for customer interactions and onboarding.
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills.
• Handle cash and store operations responsibilities as needed.
• Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experience.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
