Responsibilities

  • Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
  • Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers.
  • Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
  • Utilize digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's coverage and services to customers.
  • Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and new skills.
  • Maximize time on shift by learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
  • Handle cash and store operations as needed.
  • Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and hand off small business leads.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas.
