- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
- Become proficient in digital tools to enhance customer interactions.
- Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve customer issues.
- Identify and handoff small business leads.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior wireless sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
