The Mobile Expert role at Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy connecting with customers. This position involves representing the T-Mobile brand, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting both personal and company sales goals. The role requires engaging with customers to assess their wireless needs, assisting with service activations, and participating in marketing efforts to drive new business.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the Wireless Vision store.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing customers' accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outbound calling and community involvement.
• Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
• Work with store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including cash handling and inventory count.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
• Share customer experience insights with the team and management.
• Ensure maintenance of store appearance and individual work area according to retail standards.
• Assist customers with service activations, changes, and bill payments.
• Engage in service selling and right fitting the customer with appropriate technology solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or another customer-focused environment.
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Completed High school diploma or GED.
