As a Retail Mobile Sales Associate with Verge Mobile, you will connect with customers and deliver exceptional service by selling T-Mobile products and services. Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and deliver exceptional customer service by selling T-Mobile products and services.
• Make personal connections and explore customer needs to guide their purchase decisions.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Approach service and sales needs with care, patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Balance customer service experience with performance goals.
• Complete new employee training successfully and build proficiencies related to serving and selling T-Mobile products.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service industry (wireless retail sales preferred).
• Basic math skills.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas/goals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of wireless industry standards and technology preferred.
• Positive, supportive, and cooperative attitude.
