About the position
The T-Mobile Retail Sales Associate at Arch Telecom is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a high-volume flagship store. The role involves engaging with customers, mastering product knowledge, and utilizing digital tools to enhance customer interactions. Associates will work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals while fostering a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service and build customer loyalty.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Become proficient in the use of digital tools to enhance customer interactions.
- Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new processes.
- Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels.
- Engage with fellow team members and the T-Mobile brand through social media and events.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability for Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours).
Nice-to-haves
- Multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment.
