As a T-Mobile Retail Sales Associate at our flagship location, you will be part of a top-tier company store in a high-volume and high-traffic area. We are a national T-Mobile Preferred Retailer with over 300 retail stores across the U.S., recognized for providing superior service and quality wireless products since 1993. Your role will involve learning and building proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class customer experience and fostering customer loyalty. You will approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy, and become proficient in using digital tools to enhance customer interactions. Additionally, you will complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels, and engage with fellow team members and the T-Mobile brand through social media and community events.
