About the position
The T-Mobile Retail Sales Associate position at Arch Telecom is a customer-focused role aimed at delivering exceptional service and building customer loyalty in a high-volume flagship store. Associates will engage with customers, utilize digital tools, and collaborate with team members to enhance the in-store experience while achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Learn and build proficiency in customer service to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes.
- Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels.
- Engage with fellow Archers and the T-Mobile brand through social media and neighborhood events.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school degree or GED.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.
Nice-to-haves
- Multi-lingual skills are a plus.
