About the position
The T-Mobile Retail Sales Associate at Arch Telecom is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support in a high-volume flagship store. This role involves building customer loyalty through effective communication, utilizing digital tools, and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience. The associate will engage with customers, provide solutions to their needs, and contribute to a positive store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service and build customer loyalty.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills.
- Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels.
- Engage with the T-Mobile brand through social media and neighborhood events.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school degree or GED.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
- Reliable transportation.

- Multi-lingual skills are a plus.
