About the position

The T-Mobile Retail Sales Associate at Arch Telecom is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, building relationships, and utilizing digital tools to enhance the customer experience. Associates will also participate in training to develop their skills and knowledge of T-Mobile products and services, contributing to a culture of care and excellence within the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and build customer loyalty.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Become proficient in the use of digital tools to enhance customer interactions.
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new processes.
• Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels.
• Engage with fellow team members and the T-Mobile brand through social media and events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours).
