Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and deliver exceptional customer service by selling T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete new employee training successfully.
• Seek out information between customers to learn about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Balance customer service experience with performance goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service industry preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas/goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of wireless industry standards and technology is preferred.
• Previous wireless retail sales experience is preferred.
