About the position

The T-Mobile Retail Sales Associate position at Arch Telecom involves providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service and sales.
• Provide a best-in-class customer experience and build customer loyalty.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills.
• Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels.
• Engage with fellow Archers and the T-Mobile brand through social media and neighborhood events.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

• Multi-lingual skills are a plus.
