About the position
As a T-Mobile Associate or T-Mobile Expert, you will learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty. This involves approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. You will become proficient in using digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding, complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, and build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels. Engaging with fellow "Archers" and the T-Mobile brand through social media and neighborhood events is also part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Learn and build proficiency in customer service.
- Provide a best-in-class customer experience and build loyalty.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding.
- Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
- Build relationships with and partner with T-Mobile employees across channels.
- Engage with fellow "Archers" and the T-Mobile brand through social media and neighborhood events.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school degree or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Multi-lingual not required but a plus.
