About the position

The Retail Sales Manager (RSM) at T-Mobile is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and sales performance of the store. This role involves driving sales, mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The RSM is also tasked with managing inventory, employee relations, and training new hires, while fostering a positive work environment and upholding the company's reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and mentor Mobile Experts to meet or exceed targets
  • Enforce company policies and maintain compliance with regulations
  • Ensure best-in-class customer service and resolve escalations
  • Manage inventory and cash procedures
  • Create work schedules and adhere to labor budgets
  • Conduct regular check-ins and training for Mobile Experts
  • Track and project labor needs based on sales trends
  • Communicate with the Training team for new hire onboarding
  • Maintain a clean and operational store environment
  • Perform regular audits and ensure safety protocols are followed

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Ability to operate various software and tools including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Power BI, and Citrix
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Knowledge of T-Mobile products and services
