About the position

The Retail Sales Manager (RSM) at T-Mobile is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and sales performance of the store. The RSM is expected to lead by example on the sales floor, manage inventory and cash procedures, and foster a positive work environment for the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and mentor Mobile Experts to meet or exceed targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve escalations
• Manage inventory and cash management procedures
• Create work schedules and adhere to labor budgets
• Conduct regular check-ins and training for Mobile Experts
• Track performance metrics and ensure accountability
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Oversee new hire onboarding and training processes
• Maintain a clean and operational store environment

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales management
• Strong knowledge of T-Mobile products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to use reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Experience in inventory management and cash handling

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Citrix and TIMO Console
• Familiarity with customer service metrics like NPS
• Knowledge of loss prevention and cybersecurity practices
