The Retail Sales Representative at T-Mobile plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise regarding T-Mobile products and services. The representative will assist customers in selecting the right mobile technology and plans while building genuine relationships to foster loyalty and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting and selling to customers while providing an exemplary customer experience.
• Building trust with customers by answering questions and offering solutions.
• Assessing and recommending the right plan for customers during the onboarding process.
• Knowledgeable in finding the right-fit for customers' phones, mobile technology, and rate plans.
• Performing all required opening and closing duties in the retail store.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue and profit targets.
• Researching and memorizing T-Mobile's products and services lineup.
• Supporting the team and maintaining the store's appearance.

Requirements

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• A high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
