About the position

The Retail Store and Operations Manager at T-Mobile is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. This role involves coaching, training, and motivating staff while ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively. The manager will also be involved in recruiting and developing a successful sales team, as well as analyzing business needs and implementing improvement plans.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
  • Two years of experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales teams.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Experience in customer service for at least one year.
