The Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Arch Telecom serves as the leader of a retail team, embodying the T-Mobile brand and core values. This role focuses on creating an energetic and customer-centric environment, where the RSM leads by example, builds meaningful customer relationships, and drives sales performance. The RSM is responsible for overseeing all store functions, ensuring sales goals are met, and providing exceptional customer service while fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to inspire and motivate the retail team.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all functions including sales and inventory.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology to customers.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience.
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new processes.
• Identify and handoff small business leads to appropriate channels.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior wireless sales experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability (45 hours per week).
