The Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Arch Telecom serves as the leader of a retail team, embodying the T-Mobile brand and core values. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing store operations to meet or exceed sales goals. The RSM is responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging shopping experience, building relationships with customers, and leading the team to success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and demonstrate effective sales techniques to the team.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all functions including sales and inventory management.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology to customers.
  • Build and deepen relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to improve customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Identify and hand off small business leads to appropriate channels.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior wireless sales experience.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Full-time availability (45 hours per week).
