T-Mobile Retail Store Manager! SALARY + COMMISSION !!

About the position

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) at T-Mobile is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, driving sales results, and leading a team with integrity. This role involves managing staffing, service levels, cash, and inventory while ensuring high levels of customer service and adherence to company policies. The RSM will also focus on recruitment, retention, and employee relations to develop top talent within the store.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of store operations to increase revenue and drive standards of excellence.
• Oversee full operation of the retail store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash, and inventory.
• Spend the majority of business hours on the sales floor greeting customers, coaching employees, and running the business.
• Meet and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.
• Provide leadership designed to deliver high levels of service to customers within established company policies.
• Screen and hire outstanding talent for the organization and recruit sales staff on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure appealing visual merchandising while adhering to T-Mobile standards.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train a winning sales team.
• Act as a subject matter expert to customers, answering questions and providing recommendations.
• Ensure sales associates are trained on new products and offerings.
• Participate in community events and local marketing activities to develop a positive company image.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Competent in customer focus, change management, strategic thinking, and talent management.
