The Retail Sales Representative at T-Mobile is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The representative will also be expected to meet sales targets and maintain store presentation.

• Perform all required opening and closing duties.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit targets.
• Keep the store looking its best for our customers.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time.
