T3 National Account Manager

About the position

EquipmentShare is seeking a T3 National Account Manager to join their corporate office in Columbia, MO. This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with a strong ability to generate leads and manage a multi-state territory. The position offers autonomy and requires excellent time management skills to balance prospecting, selling, and account management. The successful candidate will work closely with rental teams and regional sales teams to drive sales of the T3 solution, while also building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new opportunities for T3 solutions in the National Account space
• Cold calling to generate leads
• Building a solid pipeline of accounts across a multi-state territory
• Closing large sales opportunities consistently
• Collaborating with rental teams to sell T3 into rental customers
• Working with regional T3 sales teams to build client bases
• Managing and forecasting opportunities in CRM
• Serving as an advocate for the T3 brand and culture

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SaaS sales experience
• Successful multi-state territory management history
• Self-motivated leader with proactive approach
• Experience in prospecting and opportunity pipeline development
• Ability to articulate technical value into customer business value
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM, email, and systems
• Technical understanding of IoT or construction equipment
• Proven track record of success in construction/equipment sales
