About the position

This position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in executing efficient hiring processes. The role manages the operational and compliance aspects of the recruitment process, focusing on data accuracy and system functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
  • Troubleshoot ATS and recruitment tool issues and serve as a point of contact for system-related questions or concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Assist in preparing for audits and reviews, ensuring proper documentation storage.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and internal company policies.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports for leadership insights.
  • Manage ongoing projects in Talent Acquisition, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are consulted.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new Talent Acquisition processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to align recruitment operations with business goals.
  • Lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Three (3) plus years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, focusing on a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Experience responding to audit requests.
  • Project management or process improvement experience.
