About the position

The TA Operations Specialist at Modivcare is responsible for maintaining and optimizing recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in executing efficient hiring processes. This role focuses on managing the operational and compliance aspects of the recruitment process, enhancing system functionality, and streamlining workflows to improve overall efficiency in recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms, ensuring data accuracy and user adoption.
  • Troubleshoot ATS and recruitment tool issues, serving as a point of contact for system-related questions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Assist in preparing for audits and reviews, ensuring proper documentation storage.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and internal policies.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage ongoing projects in Talent Acquisition, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are consulted.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new TA processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to align recruitment operations with business goals.
  • Lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Three (3) plus years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, focusing on positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Experience responding to audit requests.
  • Project management or process improvement experience.
