This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams and locations. As part of a unique, passionate, and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations team at Blue Origin, you will be responsible for evaluating TA's operational processes, assess options for improvements, and implement changes for hiring process. You are excited to dig deep into the tactical details of our day-to-day work to uncover opportunities and will partner across TA and with the HR Analytics team to identify and validate insights you discover. You will partner closely with other members of the team to align and develop plans to implement changes that will unblock operational challenges. Additional special projects and analysis may be assigned. You will be reporting to the Director of TA Ops.
