About the position

The TA Vendor Solutions, Program Manager at LinkedIn plays a crucial role in managing the performance of the Agile Resource Model (ARM) vendor program. This position is responsible for optimizing recruitment vendor performance to meet hiring goals while maintaining high standards of excellence. The role involves onboarding, coaching, and building relationships with vendors, as well as collaborating with internal teams to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee key vendor performance metrics and provide insightful recruiting analytics to TA leadership.
  • Lead the onboarding process for vendor team leads and representatives, ensuring adherence to LinkedIn TA hiring standards.
  • Partner closely with end users, including TA managers, recruiters, and vendor resources, to understand their challenges and needs.
  • Conduct rigorous weekly business reviews with vendors to maintain high performance standards and collaborate on actionable mitigation plans.
  • Establish and nurture influential partnerships with internal teams and vendor sales management.
  • Identify and implement innovative, scalable solutions to enhance hiring outcomes.
  • Work closely with central teams to manage vendor operations and execute new scopes of work under the Master Service Agreement.
  • Partner with the FP&A team to forecast, track, and review recruitment vendor costs.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfers and process optimization with vendor partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, external staffing, or vendor management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Deep understanding of the talent acquisition industry and ability to design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Experience maintaining Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or vendor partnerships with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics and developing strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Experience in establishing regular partnership reviews with stakeholders to assess performance metrics.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for recruitment teams.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision.
  • Advanced communication, organizational, presentation, and client-service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
