About the position

The Table Games Dealer at Rivers Casino Philadelphia is responsible for mechanically dealing table games proficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations. This role emphasizes guest service and engagement, with opportunities for increased earnings through tips and additional game training.

Responsibilities

• Mechanically deal table games in a proficient manner according to company policies and gaming regulations.
• Handle guest transactions and notify the Table Games Supervisor of any irregularities.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets accurately according to house rules.
• Support and maintain outstanding guest service standards at all times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Must have 6 months or more of dealing experience in the last 5 years.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience dealing multiple games such as baccarat, roulette, and craps.
