About The Position

The Table Games Service Supervisor at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort is responsible for overseeing the operation of table games during assigned shifts, focusing on guest service and enhancing the overall gaming experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to five years of casino experience with direct dealing in assigned games required.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Blackjack and at least one other major game (Craps, Roulette, or Baccarat).
• Excellent customer relations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and Internal Control Procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including handling volatile situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Windows-based software.

Nice To Haves

• BSBA degree from an accredited educational institution preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of one or more table games on an assigned shift.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations for assigned personnel.
• Recognize and reward superior performance among team members.
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluation, and termination processes.
• Prepare and coordinate periodic performance reviews of assigned personnel.
• Ensure dealers deliver high-quality guest service and resolve disputes that arise in the Table Games area.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all table games and house rules.
• Manage labor, supplies, and expenses in line with company strategy.
• Assist in the efficient operation of Poker tables when assigned.
