About the position

The Tableau Admin/Developer role at Radiant Digital involves providing advanced expertise in the administration, configuration, and support of Tableau applications. This position focuses on implementing large-scale Tableau and data warehouse solutions, assisting clients in migrating from legacy systems to modern data platforms, and leading a data analytics team. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to articulate and execute a strategic vision for data architecture and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced expertise for the administration, configuration, and support of Tableau applications.
• Assist clients with migrating from legacy to modern data platforms.
• Articulate, define, and execute a strategic vision of proposed architecture.
• Develop and enforce standards in Tableau and development best practices.
• Lead a data analytics team with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Manage application deployment processes and strategies that align with State standards.
• Design application-specific failover processes and strategies to ensure services align with defined Service Level Agreements.
• Develop integration strategies and validation processes for audit capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with implementing client-facing large-scale Tableau and data warehouse solutions.
• Ability to articulate, define, and execute a strategic vision of a proposed architecture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills to lead a data analytics team.
• Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• Expertise in dashboard and data visualization design.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and data discovery.
• Experience with Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud administration.

Benefits
