The Senior Application Administrator (Tableau) role at Radiant Digital involves overseeing the administration, configuration, and support of Tableau applications. This position requires expertise in implementing large-scale Tableau solutions and migrating clients from legacy systems to modern data platforms. The role emphasizes leadership in data analytics, ensuring adherence to best practices, and developing strategic visions for data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced expertise for the administration, configuration, and support of Tableau applications.
• Implement client-facing large-scale Tableau and data warehouse solutions.
• Assist clients with migrating from legacy to modern data platforms.
• Articulate, define, and execute a strategic vision of proposed architecture.
• Develop and enforce standards in Tableau and development best practices.
• Lead a data analytics team with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Administer Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud.
• Design application-specific failover processes and strategies to ensure services align with defined Service Level Agreements.
• Develop integration strategies and validation processes for audit capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with implementing client-facing large-scale Tableau and data warehouse solutions.
• Ability to articulate, define, and execute a strategic vision of a proposed architecture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills to lead a data analytics team.
• Expertise in dashboard and data visualization design.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and data discovery.
• Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• Experience with Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud administration.
