About the position

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tableau/Alteryx Developer in Wilmington, DE. This position is part of a team that manages and maintains over 50 published dashboard pages that are utilized by various personas in the Data Center Exit Program. The primary responsibilities of this role will include building and deploying new Tableau dashboards, as well as providing support for existing dashboards. The ideal candidate should possess familiarity with connecting multiple data types back into Tableau, either directly or through transformation tools such as Alteryx. Additionally, a working knowledge of basic SQL commands is essential, as a majority of data sources will be SQL, SharePoint, and Excel. The Developer will be expected to demonstrate expertise in Tableau and design techniques, along with experience working across large environments that involve multiple operating systems and infrastructure for large-scale programs. This role may also require the candidate to be multi-skilled, showcasing expertise across the software development lifecycle and toolset. The candidate may be recognized as a leader in Agile methodologies and will be sought out as a coach for at least one technical skill. A strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, and security is also necessary. The candidate should stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies and trends, using their experience to influence the application of those technologies to support the business. They may also have opportunities to give speeches and write articles outside the firm.

Responsibilities
