The Salesforce Einstein Analytics Consultant will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions for one of the leading rail transportation companies. This position is a contract role lasting between 6 to 9 months, focusing on the development and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions using Salesforce Einstein Analytics. The consultant will be responsible for engaging with various business units to gather requirements, understand their needs, and effectively communicate these to the technical teams. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks. In this position, the consultant will be tasked with building and testing various Business Intelligence solutions, ensuring that they meet the specified requirements and provide valuable insights to the organization. The consultant will collaborate with multiple divisions within the company to strategize on various issues, including prioritization of tasks, architectural decisions, code reviews, and future design plans. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the consultant will provide guidance on specific technologies, tools, and techniques, ensuring that the team is aligned with best practices and industry standards. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for the development of Salesforce.com workflows, process flows, and other rules and fields that enhance the functionality of the Salesforce platform. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of Salesforce.com will also be a key responsibility, ensuring that the system operates efficiently and effectively supports the business's needs.
