About the position

The Tableau Dashboard Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards that support business operations and new product development. This role requires collaboration with analytics and UX teams, leveraging a strong analytics background and expertise in data warehousing and business intelligence to create effective dashboard designs that provide valuable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop intuitive, effective dashboard designs with a focus on user experience, ensuring dashboards are visually engaging and aligned with UI/UX best practices.
  • Leverage data warehousing and business intelligence experience to create data-driven dashboards that provide valuable insights for end-users.
  • Support enhancements for OBO, Rules and Case modifications, and new product launches by developing and refining Tableau dashboards.
  • Provide dashboard design guidance to the analytics team, working closely with the UX team to align dashboard design with user experience standards.
  • Manage and execute content migration and server management tasks to ensure data integrity, availability, and performance across Tableau environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing Tableau dashboards with a strong focus on UI/UX principles.
  • Background in analytics, with experience in data warehousing (DW), data engineering (DE), or business intelligence (BI).
  • Strong skills in data visualization and the ability to translate complex data into intuitive, actionable dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Tableau content migration, management, and server usage.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including analytics and UX teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent UI/dashboard design strategy and hands-on experience
  • Analytics background, ex-DW or DE person with BI background
  • Good knowledge of content migration and management in the server
