The position is remote with occasional travel to Solihull, UK, and is part of a two-year transformation roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimize existing Tableau dashboards for improved performance and data accuracy.
• Collect and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage data connections and integration between Tableau and various data sources for accurate reporting.
• Conduct market research by analyzing trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Facilitate collaboration between different regions and markets.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing Tableau Cloud or Desktop.
• Extensive knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting techniques.
• Strong ability to implement data storytelling techniques within Tableau.
• Continuous learning mindset with skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and SQL.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
