About the position

Infosys is seeking a Tableau Lead Developer who will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. This role involves creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code, leading validation for testing, and supporting implementation and transition activities. Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts for projects.
• Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing related to the project.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
• Provide analytical support and data-driven strategies to identify key metrics for business clients.
• Develop Business Intelligence Dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Publish dashboards to Tableau server and manage user objects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in a specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Proven experience in designing and developing ETL data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Data Modeling and Data Visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning of SQLs.
• Extensive experience in developing Business Intelligence Dashboards using Tableau Desktop.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in creation/modification of optimized SQL queries for data setup.
• Sound knowledge of BI and Data Warehousing.
• Hands-on experience in database and table design.
• Experience working with large volumes of data.
• Desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
