Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Tableau solutions to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Prepare and manage data for Tableau using SQL and other data sources.
• Troubleshoot server performance issues and manage user access and security measures on Tableau Server.
• Implement data visualization best practices and user experience principles in dashboard design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Tableau development and administration.
• Proven experience in building interactive dashboards and reports with Tableau Desktop.
• Proficient in SQL and data preparation for Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and user experience (UX) principles.
• Experience with Tableau Server architecture, administration, and maintenance.

Nice-to-haves

• Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Server Certified Associate).
• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) and data integration processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
