About the position

Responsibilities

• Derive data insights and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards, presentations, and reports.
• Work with users, business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to understand customer needs and develop dashboards and reports independently.
• Handle large data sets and incomplete information as required.
• Discover innovative ways to source and present complex information in easily digestible formats.
• Understand data to extract key insights and themes for decision-making and present findings to stakeholders.
• Utilize design skills to produce clear and insightful reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive improvements to ineffective processes and share best practices.
• Govern new change requests and manage workloads across the development team.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience with BI tools, specifically Tableau.
• Experience working in a financial organization or familiarity with financial concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and incomplete information.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other BI tools or technologies.
