The Tableau Developer position is a hybrid role based in either Atlanta or Plano, requiring onsite presence three days a week. The primary focus of this role is to provide comprehensive dashboards and critical end-to-end production support for metric reporting routines. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing Tableau reports and dashboards, as well as creating ad hoc reports. This includes data refresh, import, and manipulation across various sources, performing data mining, trending analysis, data aggregation, and key risk indicator reporting. The role also involves creating SQL infrastructure to store necessary data and conducting performance and milestone analytics to identify discrepancies and at-risk controls. Collaboration with business partners is essential, as the Tableau Developer will design and build new reports based on specific business requirements. The position demands consistent and timely delivery of report builds or modifications within the Tableau environment, ensuring that reporting requirements are met using existing macros and code. Proactive identification of code or macro breaks is crucial, along with the successful application of macro and code fixes. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to translate user needs into effective reports or dashboards, applying advanced Excel and SQL skills to produce reports efficiently and save time. Effective prioritization of workbench deliverables and timely follow-up on reporting requests and questions are key responsibilities of this role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
