As a Tableau Developer at TEKsystems, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing business-focused Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and dashboards on the portal. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the setup and production of dashboards that measure key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly focusing on client experience metrics for the business. You will collaborate closely with Line of Business stakeholders during agile development sessions to innovate and enhance dashboards by leveraging newly onboarded data sources. In this role, you will query data and merge information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets that facilitate better decision-making. You will utilize tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and SAS to analyze data and develop automated reports or analyses that lead to actionable business insights. Additionally, you will work with other analytics teams, multitasking on various projects to summarize and synthesize data, presenting clear and logical recommendations to the businesses. Your expertise will also be essential in identifying unexplored data opportunities that can unlock and maximize the potential of digital data within the organization. You will drive the automation of new and existing processes, along with conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of new dashboards. Staying abreast of digital marketing trends will be vital, as you will provide recommendations for testing new and emerging BI platforms. Furthermore, you will support ongoing technology evaluation processes and proof of concept projects, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of BI innovation.
