About the position

Qualis LLC is seeking a Tableau Developer to provide support and expertise within the National Capital Region or remotely. The role involves developing Tableau dashboards, collaborating with clients to understand their data needs, and transforming disparate data into actionable insights. The developer will lead the creation of algorithms and systems to assist clients in making informed decisions based on a deep understanding of their data.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau dashboards to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their questions and data requirements.
• Analyze data-rich environments to extract relevant information.
• Guide teammates in the development of algorithms and systems.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements

• Must have a Secret or TS DoD Security Clearance.
• 5+ years of experience using Tableau in a professional environment.
• 2+ years of experience working with DoD clients.
• Experience briefing senior leadership and working directly with clients.
• Experience in a team environment for application development.
• Must be a US Citizen.
