About the position

The Tableau Developer role is focused on leveraging advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools to create and manage interactive dashboards and reports. This position requires a deep understanding of SQL and RDBMS systems, as well as proficiency in Tableau products to present data insights effectively. The developer will be responsible for data manipulation, visualization, and ensuring the accuracy of data presentations to forecast trends and support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Utilize SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Create visually stunning and interactive dashboards.
• Manipulate and blend data for effective visualization.
• Implement data migration and Tableau integration processes.
• Forecast and predict trends using historical and current data.
• Present data insights through various visualization models.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of RDBMS systems and SQL.
• Extensive experience with Tableau and its products (Tableau Server, Tableau Public, Tableau Online, Tableau Desktop).
• Competency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Excellent analytical skills for data forecasting and trend analysis.
• Knowledge of data architecture, modeling, mapping, and visualization.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications in Tableau and other BI tools.
• Experience with Excel, PL/SQL, and ETL processes.
