About the position

The Tableau Developer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Tableau to visualize complex data sets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Optimize Tableau performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau functionalities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization best practices.
• Experience with data preparation and ETL processes.
• Ability to work with large data sets and complex data structures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
• Experience in data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
